Implementation of Covid-19 Health Pass
Please note that to comply with French laws, we are herewith informing all our Guests that to access to our Maisons, a health pass will be required. 11 years old and below are currently exempted.
- The certificate of vaccination or « health pass » will be determined as valid if the cycle of doses has been completed, and where the last dose has been administered at least 7 days prior. For the vaccination Janssen, where one sole dose is required, a 4 week standby period is necessary prior to accessing the facilities requiring such compliance.
- Alternatively, a negative PCR or antigen test carried out less than 24 or 48 hours prior to departure (according to country of origin), in order to enter France. For more information, visit https://www.gouvernement.fr/info-coronavirus.
- Or a certificate of recovery of least 11 days and less than 6 months can be shown as proof.
The paper or digital document presented will be scanned via the government-supported app «Tous anti-covid Vérif» and the data will not be saved or utilised for any other purpose other than verification upon entering the above-mentioned outlets. Only exclusively EU-approved vaccinations will be recognized as valid.
The QR codes of the European countries certificates are readable by our application. We have put in place a series of practices across all our properties, to be followed throughout the day. These include a systematic and discreet disinfection in all hotels several times a day, using approved technical measures; suitable protective equipment for our team members, and the provision of masks and hydro-alcoholic gel for everyone.

New cancellation policy
To allow you to reserve a room without concern, we have also relaxed our cancellation policy. Each stay at our summer Maisons (La Bastide, Le Château de La Messardière and Pan deï Palais) as well as at Le Grand Contrôle can be cancelled up to 7 days in advance.
The stays at our winter Maisons (Les Airelles and Airelles Val d'Isère) are subject to specific cancellation conditions: the reservation can be modified according to availability or cancelled without charge up to 60 days before arrival.
